Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags/packaging.
- Applies only to manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, or size errors on our part.
- Change of mind, fit issues (for custom orders), or buyer errors do not qualify for free returns.
Process:
- Contact us within 30 days with photos/proof of issue.
- We’ll provide a free return label (or reimburse shipping if label unavailable in your region).
- Return to our designated address.
- Upon inspection, we’ll issue a full refund, replacement, or credit.
Non-Returnable: Custom/private label items, final sale stock, or washed/worn products.
Timeline: Refunds processed within 7-14 days after receipt. Original shipping not refunded.
